Fill Product Specifications Using ChatGPT + Excel (~500 Items)
I'm looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help complete an Excel sheet with product specifications for 500 items. I’ve taken photos of each item showing the brand and model and some other details, and already filled in the first 88 entries as an example.
- What You’ll Do:
Step 1: Extract product brand + model from the image (you can use Snipping Tool to copy text directly).
Step 2: Use a custom ChatGPT prompt (I will provide it) to get full product specs.
Step 3: Copy the specs and paste them into the Excel file, following the format of the existing entries.
- You Need To:
Have basic Excel skills.
Follow formatting/styling from example entries.
Be careful with copy-paste accuracy.
Know how to use ChatGPT (or be quick to learn).
Make sure you are using the specifications from the pictures when they exist not the ones chatgpt provides, sometimes pictures has the right accurate ones and chatgpt doesn't.
After you finish, I will check all product info if they are correct.
- I’ll Provide:
Folder of product images (~500).
Excel file (88 entries already filled).
Custom ChatGPT message to use.
