Procurement Excel Model Development

I require an expert in Excel modelling to build a robust procurement model focused on cost analysis that delivers an output that will be uploaded to a system.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Outstanding Excel modelling
- Outstanding knowledge of procurement and cost measures
- Experience with both direct and indirect cost analysis
Responsibilities:
- Build an Excel model for procuring cost data
- The model shall analyze costs, savings and working capital and deliver two outputs to upload to a system. First output will be what the x person has identified as the savings, second output will be what y person decides will be the acceptable solution
- Ensure the model generates accurate tracking and control outputs
- Create change log
- Visually appealing model that looks robust
- Instructions tab on how model works
- Create model that has little room for error which can be caused by needing to adjust formulas, ranges, etc.
- Create checks and validation to make sure that the parts equal the whole.
