Private Equity Investment tracking in VBA EXCEL

I have an existing Private equity investment tracking program written in VBA Excel by a freelancer no longer available. The tracker allows for a co investor using what is called a "breakup" tab routine he wrote. The breakup routine assigns proportional interest in the investment to each investor based on the contributions. The issue is when a redemption of that investment is partially made the system proportionally redeems each investor but I need it changed to allow user to disproportionately redeem and system also needs to record amounts anytime a redemption or distribution is made for each investor as to how much came out and what there balances are. I have included in this the tracking program with data in it for a co investor. Freelancer interested in this should review the program and ask questions to understand better the issue. I do have a lot of other enhancements to make to this program but want to establish a relationship with freelancer first fixing this issue as a test of understanding program, how we work together along with pricing and timliiness and completeness of freelancers work.
