- Use GoodNotes to craft hand-drawn or handwritten templates, adding a personalized touch for a unique customer experience.

2. Understanding Customer Needs:
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to understand customer preferences and tailor templates accordingly.

3. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the accuracy, functionality, and visual appeal of templates across different platforms, including Canva, Excel, GoodNotes, and Notion.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and address any potential issues with the templates.
4. Research and Innovation:
