Prince2 Branded MSP Templates
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I want to standardise the way my cloud-services MSP presents projects, so I need a small suite of branded Prince2-compliant templates delivered in Excel. My logo, colour palette and basic font guidelines will be supplied once we start.
What I expect to receive
• Project Plan template – pre-formatted with Gantt-style timelines, milestone markers and embedded charts/tables so dates, owners and percentages update automatically.
• Sample Project Initiation Document (PID) fully populated with placeholder text that illustrates:
– a clear Transition Plan listing all key activities, deliverables and milestones
– a Quality Plan that explains the quality arrangements for every deliverable
– a Prince2 project team structure section
– a Dependencies on the Trust section (use generic data that I can later customise)
– an Initial Risk & Issues Register with probability/impact scoring and heat-map chart
– concise Product Descriptions matching every deliverable called out in the plan
• Organisation-chart template that lets me drop in names, roles and qualifications; flow-diagram style preferred so it prints neatly on one page.
• Brief “how-to” notes inside each file so my PMs can adapt the sheets quickly.
Everything must be natively editable in Excel and make good use of tables, flow diagrams and embedded charts/graphs.
Acceptance criteria
1. All files open without errors in Microsoft 365 Excel.
2. Brand colours, fonts and logo appear consistently.
3. Mandatory Prince2 headings are present and logically ordered.
4. Formulas, links and conditional formats work after I copy the template to a new workbook.
