I have an existing workbook that needs work but must come back to me looking and behaving exactly the same. Every font choice, alignment, bold or italics, the custom cell colours and styles—everything has to remain untouched. The built-in Pivot Tables also need to stay fully functional, not converted to static values, and the usual filter and sort controls on my data sheets must still work when you hand the file back.
You’re free to clean up formulas, refresh data, or insert new sheets if needed, as long as none of those visual or interactive elements change for the end user. Before delivery I’ll open the file, toggle through each Pivot Table, test several filters and sorts, and compare the formatting side-by-side with the original to be sure nothing shifted.
Deliverable:
• Updated Excel workbook (.xlsx) identical in appearance, with Pivot Tables, filters and sorts all intact.
If you understand how finicky Excel formatting can be and you’re comfortable safeguarding it while making updates, this should be a straightforward task.
