Pre-Production-Planner
Budget: $500 – $3,000 AUD
My name is Hugh and I'm the prod. Manager for an creative event technology company in Adelaide/Australia. We use Microsoft 365 extensively for all our workflows.
We have a currently have a working flow that draws from a form with approx. 35 questions. The flow builds a Planner bucket and tasks into a specific planner setting the due date for some tasks and leaving other tasks open so the project managers can complete granular scheduling. The flow also populates an excel doc based on certain form responses and emails it to the the form submitter.
We use a lot of flows for our business but this one is the most complex that we have. It's difficult for us to make any changes to it without it breaking. We are at the point where we want to move to v2.0 of this but need help to make the changes. There are 2 options as we see it. Edit the existing flow and rebuild from the ground up. The latter seems a better option as it would afford us a clean slate from which we could build a new flow. Engaging a professional developer also affords us to take advantage for industry best practice and possibly (quite likely) build a more robust, leaner solution that would enable us to make changes more easily into the future.
Looking for a suitable person to take on this project.
Have attached a zip of the current flow as a scope of work example.
We are building a new form at present (easy part)
