Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna ( PMAY) Housing for All Plan of Action (HFAPoA)
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
“Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Housing for All (Urban)” Mission for urban area will be implemented during 2015-2022 and this Mission will provide central assistance to
implementing agencies through States and UTs for providing houses to all eligible
families/ beneficiaries by 2022. To undertake a demand survey through suitable means for assessing the actual demand of housing. While validating demand survey, possible temporary migration from rural areas to the city just to take advantage of housing scheme has to be taken into consideration to exclude such migrants from list of beneficiaries. On the basis of demand survey and other available data, cities will prepare Housing for All Plan of Action (HFAPoA).
Co-ordination with Entire district team (engineers , surveyors , vendors)
Co-ordination with DUDA (district urban development agency)
Co-ordination with DM , ADM , SDM , local bodies
Provide DUDA/ULB’s support for system functional, operational and technical issues
Client handling
Report making
Day to day reporting from entire team
Dpr work checking and preparation
Record maintenance
Roles and responsibilities :-
- Overlook all the Interior and Structural work in accordance with drawings at district level.
- Leading a team of 25 engineers and 40 surveyors
- I have managed 41087 dwelling unit Data
- Provide Data Entire Team In a week for Geo-tag.
- Generated Data as per requirement DUDA or SUDA.
- Provide DUDA/ULB’s support for system functional, operational and technical issues
