PowerShell Script inkl. Medien nach Vorgabe erstellen

Das Powershell Script soll folgende Aufgaben ausführen:
Mediendaten (i.d.R. Bilder in diversen Formaten z.B. .psd, .tiff, .jpg, .jpeg) auf Basis einer CSV Datei suchen, zu einem Bild kombinieren und in vorgegebener Größe, Format und Bezeichnung abspeichern.
Der "Suchordner" (Ordner wo sich die Mediendaten befinden) muss frei anpassbar sein
Der Pfad zur CSV-Liste (Vorgabe welche Dateien gesucht werden) muss frei anpassbar sein.
Der Suchordner (Vorgabe wo die Dateien abgelegt) werden muss frei anpassbar sein.
Die CSV Liste ist folgendermaßen aufgebaut (Beispiel anbei):
Die Spalten "picture1", "picture2", "picture3", "picture4" geben die zu suchende Dateibezeichnung an. Es sind mind. 2 und max. 4 Medien zu finden & kombinieren. Die Dateibezeichnungen sind eindeutig. Der Dateityp (z.B. .jpg) wird nicht in der Excel Liste angegeben. In den Spalten kann es zu Wiederholungen der Dateibezeichnungen kommen. Z.B. ist die Dateibezeichnung "106035-wb1" hier mehrmals vorhanden. Diese Datei muss dann auch mehrmals verwendet werden. Werden Dateien im Suchordner nicht gefunden ist dies in der csv Datei zu protokolieren, das Script aber nicht zu stoppen.
Die gefundenen Mediendaten müssen in eine neue Datei platziert und angeordnet werden. Die Reihenfolge der Medien ist "picture1", "picture2", "picture3", "picture4". Vorgabe "sequence of the images.jpg" anbei.

Dateivorgabe Zieldateien:
Bezeichnung gleich Spalte "target file designation" in der csv Datei.
Speichern als Webbild: Größe: 1500 x 1500 Pixel / Auflösung: 72 Pixel / Zoll / Profil: rgb / Dateityp: jpeg / für Web optimiert.
Speichern als Originalbild: Größe: 3000 x 3000 Pixel / Auflösung: 300 Pixel / Zoll / Profil: cmyk / Dateityp: jpeg
