PowerBi Report Creation (Basic)

I require a basic powerbi report, the information is currently across 2 excel sheets. The sheets will need matching according to address and some basic time differences will need to be calculated. I will also require something like conditional formatting to highlight issues in red and potential warnings in amber and good in green. For more information drop me a message.
