PowerApp For PowerBi

We are an Australian based business, and looking for someone who can build us a power app to be used as a PowerBi visual to write back into an excel spreadsheet. The PowerApp should have version control, the layout should be like PowerBi Matrix (Editable Grids), and it should also have copy, paste function for bulk uploads from Ms Excel.
