[Power query] Need to build custom time aggregates based on week dates

I have a custom list of 52 weeks which I need to build what I call "Latest 52 Weeks" "Latest 26 Weeks" "Latest 13 Weeks" "Latest 04 Weeks" using the list. The list will add (4) new weeks each month so the time aggregates will need to remove the oldest (4) weeks and add in the new (4)


Deliverables

Solution that I can connect with another set of data that uses the weekly dates and then aggregate that data based on the aggregated time periods.
