Power bi modelling for production plan

I am looking for experienced Power BI professionals to help me create a production plan. I have existing Excel spreadsheets that I would like to be modeled to help me make decisions. The metrics I specifically need is inventory levels, and I would also like to have Gantt charts generated to visualize my data.
