Power BI dashboard for a very small business

i need to design a Power BI dashboard reads data from excel for a small sales company has 2 sales teams, 4 team members each, 4 KPIs daily measured for each individual.
Excel will be fed daily with achieved KPIs for each sales man
Dashboard needs to show individuals ranking MTD & YTD, team ranking MTD & TTD, points gained or lost at month end according to the ranking at month end, Individual dashboard shows average calls / sales needed to achieve target for the MTG & YTG
