Power BI dashboard for commodity index

We are looking for an experienced individual who can create a Power BI dashboard for me to track a commodity index with respect to market and in different categories. It should consider the selected entity as base value and move the index accordingly. This dashboard will require advanced capabilities, including multiple visuals, drill-down capabilities, and data modeling. Additionally, the dashboard should be interactive to a large extent. The data sources to be included in the dashboard primarily consist of Excel spreadsheets.
