Power BI & Tableau Dashboard Preparation

I'm looking for an expert who can prepare Power BI and Tableau dashboards for training materials. I will provide a list of 2-minute trainings and need you to prepare a workbook for me.
The training topics will include:
- How to calculate year over year
- How to add a filter
- And similar basic operations
You will be working with CSV files, so experience with this data source is a must. The dashboards should follow a minimalistic design style - clean, uncluttered and easy to understand. Basic interactivity is required, so the dashboards will need to incorporate simple elements like filters and drill-downs, but no advanced interactivity is necessary.
