Power BI Specialist Required - Excel to Power BI Data

I require someone knowledgeable on Power BI to be able to convert Excel (CSV) data into Power BI Reports that can be downloadable via PDF

The data is sports-based. Currently, I manually create the reports but I'd like them to become more automated - i.e. I export the CSV to Power BI and a Report generates

I can explain more once chatting in regard to visuals/definitions etc.
