Power BI: Build Integrated Dashboard with Analytics, KPI's, etc

Hello,
I am in need of a Freelancer skilled in Power BI to support the creation of an integrated Power BI dashboard that provides my users with advanced analytics, multi-spreadsheet integration, summary reports, etc. This Power BI dashboard will be distributed to my customers and needs to be updated monthly. The dashboard will also be viewable on my website.
This dashboard uses one major Excel spreadsheet that contains all of the information needed to create the visualizations. A potential phase 2 of the project is to integrate a second excel sheet into it, with data relationships.
This will not be starting from ground zero...I have an existing Power BI dashboard that is about 80% of the way there...But I need someone skilled to finalize the dashboard, implement advanced features, and conduct testing to ensure there are no backend issues. I will share the current dashboard with you so you have this to work on and use as reference. I will also direct you on additional charts, KPI's, calculations, and other things needed.
The dashboard must be built to allow for seamless monthly updating to the raw dataset with instant updates to the dashboard. I cant spend any time working on data updates each month.
I have summarized the project pretty well, but here are a few key points:
- Integrated dashboard with multiple pages of advanced analytics
- Seamless updates to the raw dataset for easy updates each month
- Cross data relationships and heirachies
- Advanced calculations for KPI's: Rolling averages, 3 month averages, YTD, forecasting, current year totals vs previous year totals, YTD vs previous year
- Ability for users to interact with the data: Allow them to see the data, input a numerical value or % into a user entry field, and then a KPI automatically calculates based off preliminary data and user input data
- Strong security to ensure no access where not allowed
- Filters, filter heairachies, quick insights, advanced features
- Ability to send summary page in dashboard out as a PDF to end users via email if possible
- R integration or any other ways to use PowerBI to conduct algorithms to calculate forecasting data or trends not seen in data.
IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE LINKS OR DOCUMENTATION OF PREVIOUS POWER BI WORK EXPERIENCE AND COMPLETED DASHBOARDS. BIDS WITHOUT THIS WILL NOT BE AWARDED.
Again, this requires a skilled power bi freelancer but this project will not be from scratch. As mentioned, I have the data in a great spot so there is no data issues and the current dashboard provides a great vision of analytics and features. I will be here to provide data, guidance, answer questions, etc.
