Power Automate PDF Extraction and data population in Excel and Microsoft Application

I need to extract dynamic data from pdf's, format some of the text and populate the info into 2 separate excel sheets. Then I need a folder created with the name of the folder being some of the extracted text and files copied from one folder (I already have created) to the new folder. I also need the extracted text to populate in a Windows application used for real estate appraisers called WinTotal. This will start the report I will be working on with some of the extracted data populated.
