Power Automate Flow for License Expiry Alerts

I need a Power Automate flow created that will monitor an Excel sheet for license expiry dates and send out notification emails when a license is nearing its expiry date
The flow should be triggered by:
- The expiry date on the license, which will be located in column H of the Excel sheet.
The flow will use:
- The expiry date column (H) to identify the licenses that are nearing their expiry date.
When a license expiry date is detected, the flow should:
- Send a notification email. With the name in column B
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Excel.
- Experience in creating automated email notifications from Excel data.
- Understanding of license management and expiry tracking.
