Power Automate Flow Enhancement

I need assistance refining a Power Automate flow. Currently, it sends an email with one attachment when a user submits an MS Form, but I need to include all Word documents submitted via the form.
Simple Requirements:
- Attach all submitted documents to the email that is submitted from that specific form.
- Identify documents using a clear method (naming convention, metadata, etc.)
