Power Automate Expert for Excel

I'm seeking a particularly knowledgeable individual with Power Automate looping skills, specifically someone who can make heads or tails of Excel Sheets with ease. I also require someone with substantial Chrome experience.
The project in question involves:
I have list of client in excel which has user id password and security answer i want to automate login to chrome on particular side and download the report using power automate. it should read and fetch the user id password security answer from excel and save the report in specific folder then i want to do the same activity for each row in excel
Ideal skills/experience:
- Strong background in Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating financial reports
