Power Automate - Create an alert when a subscription reaches 90 days from renewal date (from an excel file)

I have an excel spreadsheet to track the licenses inventory. It includes a column for "renewal deadline" = expiration date less 90 days. The renewal deadline is when we need to action on that subscription, meaning to make a decision if we renew or not.
What we want to do with this project is to automate this process: receive monthly automatic emails in Outlook with the list of subscriptions/licenses that will renew within the next 90 days.
