Power Apps Dataflow Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a streamlined way to pull information from several SharePoint lists and a collection of Excel spreadsheets into my existing Power App. The objective is strictly data integration; I am not looking for dashboards or automated workflows right now. All transfers will happen through manual import/export, so the solution must let me trigger refreshes on demand without relying on real-time sync or scheduled jobs.
Here is what I expect:
• Build one or more Power Apps Dataflows that connect to the specified SharePoint lists and Excel workbooks, handle any required column mapping, and load the combined data into Dataverse (or another suitable target you recommend).
• Provide a simple, clearly labelled interface or documented steps so I can initiate each import/export manually.
• Ensure the dataflow copes with column additions or minor schema changes in the source files without breaking.
• Deliver brief documentation (screenshots or a short video walkthrough are fine) that shows connection settings, transformation steps, and how to reconfigure sources later.
I work in the standard Power Apps environment, so please use only built-in connectors and Power Query. No premium or third-party tools are approved for this phase. If you’ve handled SharePoint + Excel integrations before, especially where manual control over refresh timing was important, your experience will be a strong plus.
Once everything is tested and I can run each import/export smoothly, the project is complete.
