* Work Proposal – Power Apps Book Request and Tracking System*

*Background:*
We have an Excel file that includes:
- Names of schools
- Names of books
- Email addresses for each school

*Objective:*
To build a digital solution using *Microsoft Power Apps* to collect, manage, and track book requests from schools efficiently.

*Requirements:*

1. *Interactive Form (Power Apps):*
- Create a form with a *table layout* where:
- *Rows* represent book titles
- *Columns* represent educational stages (grades)
- The form will be sent to *each school individually by email*, personalized with the school name.
- Each school will fill in the *number of books needed* for each subject and grade.

2. *Excel Integration:*
- All responses from schools will be automatically connected and recorded in the Excel file.

3. *Book Delivery Receipt:*
- Generate a *Book Delivery Receipt* for each school that includes:
- Book titles
- Grade levels
- Quantities requested
- This receipt will be used during book delivery as a formal record of the books received.

*Scalability & Flexibility:*

The solution must be designed to allow *easy addition of new schools and books* or any other *future modifications* as needed.
