Portfolio management report

I'm looking for a freelance excel guru to create a comprehensive portfolio management report - detailing portfolio asset mix and the performance of our investments. The portfolio includes a variety of assets such as stocks, bonds, credit, mutual funds, venture capital investments, direct private equity, and alternative investments. The report should include an analysis of each investment and asset class, performance by rolling periods - and compared to benchmarks. But also IRR's by investment, asset class and portfolio. And a topdown view on current asset mix - and comparisons to target. It needs to provide for easy updating by a data entry person each quarter. An added benefit but not critical would be risk analysis with volatility of asset and covariance covariance analysis. I already have a spreadsheet which does most of this (ex the volatility analysis), but its large and getting unwieldly. I was hoping someone could improve on this and make it simple to update. That said I dont want it to be full of macros that I dont understand and so it risks becoming useless if something goes wrong/breaks.
