Please make a project schedule chart in Microsoft projects

Hi. I have a list of activities/project schedule for a villa hotel construction project along with the timelines, i.e., the start and end dates of each activity, which activities/project schedule are categorized into 4 groups as can be seen in the attached Excel file. I would pls kindly like for these activities/project schedule with their corresponding timelines and categories to be put into a Microsoft projects file, then a printable pdf file of the Microsoft projects file to be made and given to me. This is the basic work to be completed. Apart from this, there will be regular updates to this activities/project schedule to be reflected into the Microsoft projects file and then the printable pdf file, and I will pay a cost for each time a 'set of updates' is made to the the Microsoft projects file and then the printable pdf file.
