We are interested in sites that utilize chatbots to enhance customer service, interact with users, etc.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify websites or companies using chatbots.
Collect detailed information such as the company name, industry, type of chatbot used (if identifiable), website URL, and a brief description of how the chatbot is used.
Prepare the database in Excel or Google Sheets format with the collected information.
Requirements:
Excellent skills in using Google and other online research tools.
Ability to think analytically and precision in data collection.
Experience in similar research tasks will be an added advantage.
Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
