We are a supplier to the automotive aftermarket.
Looking for an Expert to create a procurement template that we can export inventory usage and purchasing data from our QuickBooks program into an Excel template.
The template will be interactive with monthly buckets going out at least 6 months into the future. Each column represents a month making cumulative calculations. When a quantity falls below the monthly usage the cell will go from green to pink representing a short fall. Buyer will put in the required order quantity to order which will add to the following months cumulation. We will need the template to be able to download for individual vendors, each of which may have their own purchasing criteria, such as lead time and minimum order quantity by part and or minimum order by total dollar.
