Pivot charts

I am looking to create pivot charts to visualize my customer data. I need to make a pie chart which tells me how many women and how many men took the survey. I need to figure out what age group this company should target using chart. When creating advertising and marketing materials, which sports should the company highlight? What media channels would be the best and worst targets for investment? A description on how you did it all would be greatly appreciated
