Pipedrive Data to PowerPoint Report Automation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a semi-automated reporting template that integrates data from a Pipedrive-exported file into a PowerPoint presentation. The report will be used during weekly sync meetings to review team performance and track key KPIs.
Key Project Requirements:
Data Integration:
The system does not need to automatically download the data from Pipedrive. I will manually download the report, but the PowerPoint presentation must seamlessly pull data from this downloaded file to populate all graphs and metrics.
KPIs to Include:
A detailed list of KPIs is attached to this project description. These include metrics related to pipeline performance, activities, conversions, revenue, and individual contributions.
Dynamic Presentation:
The PowerPoint presentation should dynamically update charts and tables based on the data in the imported file, ensuring it reflects the most current information.
Team Structure:
The team consists of:
1 Sales Manager
2 Regional Sales Managers
1 Technical Support person
Metrics will be tracked and analyzed for all team members using Pipedrive data.
Suggestions Welcome:
Open to recommendations for improving the reporting structure, optimizing the process, or enhancing the visuals.
Deliverables:
A PowerPoint template linked to a file format (e.g., CSV, Excel) exported from Pipedrive.
Clear instructions for importing the data and refreshing the presentation.
Recommendations for any additional improvements or optimizations.
Objective:
The goal is to streamline weekly reporting with a solution that provides accurate, visually compelling, and actionable insights, all while minimizing manual effort.
