Pig Production Control System using Excel and Power Query

We are seeking an experienced professional with advanced Excel and Power Query skills to develop a robust production control and traceability system for the swine industry. The goal is to create an organized tool that functions as an efficient database for registering and tracking animal batches from nursery placement to the finishing phase. The system must be able to manage and relate the following production stages:
1. Nursery Placement:
* Integrated registration, placement date, number of animals, origin, truck license plate, and farm capacity.
* The system must allow multiple placements for the same farm until its capacity is reached.
2. Vaccination Control:
* Registration of vaccination date, vaccine name, number of vials used, and number of animals vaccinated.
* It must allow multiple vaccination records for the same batch if vaccination occurs on more than one day.
* The second vaccine dose must be automatically calculated with a 35-day interval from the first.
3. Transfer from Nursery to Finishing:
* Record of departure date, batch, origin nursery, destination (finishing), truck license plate, time, average weight, and number of animals sent.
* The system must support the division of the same batch to different finishing farms.
4. Entry Control at Finishing:
* Record of entry date, integrated from finishing, origin (nursery), batch, number of animals received, and farm capacity.
The system must include functionalities to:
* Compare data on animals housed, vaccinated, transferred, and received.
* Generate reports filtered by period, integrated, vaccination, and batch movement.
