Phone outreach to solar project supporters

Through this project, I am looking to employ a freelancer to do a phone outreach to solar project supporters. The goal of the outreach is to tell supporters about a hearing and encourage them to make comments. I will provide the list of supporters to contact, and the freelancer will be required to track and report the results of the outreach by creating a spreadsheet with call details.
