Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Hi,
I would like a spreadsheet created to do the following:
Monthly household budget
-including income and detailed expenses
- planned vs actual
Mortgage calculator with variable interest input
- for it to update in budget expenses for interest rate that month
- for the remaining expenses from budget to be added to the offset account
- calculation of projection on how many years on mortgage saved
- be able to add different mortgages such as investment properties etc over the years
for example I would like to see if I buy a property with an 850000 mortgage and then in 5 years time I buy an investment property and then say a new car, will I actually be able to afford it as I project different income and expenses.
