Personal Finances Tracker -- 2

I am looking for someone to create a SIMPLE monthly/annual personal finances tracker to keep my records in order and easily manageable. This will include both tracking my expenses and income using "fund accounting." Additionally, I would like to have SIMPLE budgeting and reporting features. The platform I plan to use is Google sheets/Excel. My budget is 50 Euros.
