Personal Finance Spreadsheet Setup

I'm looking for an expert who can create a comprehensive personal finance budget in a spreadsheet. The budget will need to track income (specifically salary) and expenses. Right now I track my expenses and enter categories. I highlight items that are to be split. I would like items tagged with categories to accumulate in an easy to read summary on the side or next sheet. I would also like to set a budget and be able to see when the values are exceeding that limit. I prefer Excel but am open to Sheets. I would like the cell equations to be visible so that I may edit later on.
