Payroll Excel Upgrade and Email Automation

As the client, I am currently working with a payroll excel sheet that requires some upgrades and improvements. My goal is to enhance its functionality, fix non-working macros, and install an automated feature to send pay slips via email to my employees.
Specifically, I need the following tasks to be accomplished:
- Rectify the non-operational macros to ensure smooth operations.
- Design and implement an automated send email feature to distribute pay slips.
- Integrate the email feature with Outlook, which is the email provider I currently use.
Ideally, I am looking for individuals with strong experience with Excel, including macro generation and debug, as well as familiarity with email functionality integration, preferably with Outlook.
