Payroll Data Input from PDF into excel

I need assistance in inputting this payroll information from PDF to Excel for 2017. This task will take attention to detail. From the Payroll 2017 you will need to enter the employee name and then the wages/hours information. At the top of the excel, there are headers for each category that needs to be input, and at the bottom, there are totals that should agree to the ending amounts. I have included some examples for your reference.
