Patient Records Excel Statistics
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a concise statistical snapshot of a set of patient records already sitting in Excel. Your job is to tidy the data, run the numbers, and leave me with an easy-to-read workbook.
Scope
• Organise the raw patient data into a clean table on its own sheet.
• Calculate mean and median for the key numeric columns I will point out (age, key labs, lengths of stay).
• Build a frequency distribution for selected categorical fields, such as diagnosis codes and gender, so I can see how often each category occurs.
• Add a short plain-language summary of your findings on a separate tab.
Tools & Expectations
Use standard Excel functions, PivotTables or PivotCharts—whatever is fastest and easiest for me to audit later. Keep formulas transparent; no hidden macros or external add-ins.
Deliverables
1. The updated workbook with formulas intact.
2. One-page written summary (can be an extra worksheet) explaining the results.
