Patient Records Excel Analysis

I have a set of patient records in Excel and need a clear, reliable analysis focused on the medical-history fields. First, I want descriptive statistics that capture frequencies, means, medians, and any notable distributions within those history variables. From there, I need a comparative analysis that highlights differences between relevant patient groups—for instance, comparing outcome metrics across different conditions or treatment categories already noted in the file.

You’ll receive the raw spreadsheet exactly as exported from our EMR. Please keep everything in Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, or formulas are fine; no external software).

Deliverables
• A cleaned, well-labeled workbook with the original data untouched on a separate sheet
• A “Descriptives” tab summarising key stats for each medical-history variable
• A “Comparisons” tab showing clearly laid-out group analyses, with any supporting t-tests, chi-square results, or visualisations (bar charts, box plots) embedded
• A short write-up inside the workbook (or an accompanying PDF) explaining the findings in plain language

I’ll review against consistency of formulas, clarity of group definitions, and accurate statistical interpretation before final sign-off.
