Scope
• Clean and de-duplicate the raw sheet while preserving every clinical variable exactly as stored.
• Build dynamic pivot tables and slicers that let me filter by age bands, gender, location, and any other demographic columns you identify.
• Generate clear visual summaries (bar charts, histograms, stacked columns, etc.) that present the key demographic splits at a glance.
• Provide a concise written interpretation of the findings so a non-statistician can understand the population makeup.
Acceptance criteria
• Workbook delivered in .xlsx format with no external links or macros.
• All formulas unlocked and transparent.
• Results reproducible simply by refreshing the data.
• Turnaround: ready for review within one month of contract start.
