Patient Demographic Stats in Excel
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a raw Excel file containing patient-level demographic information and I need a clear, well-structured descriptive analysis. Specifically, I want to understand age and gender distribution alongside socio-economic status for the entire cohort.
The workbook should come back cleaned, with any obvious data-entry issues flagged and resolved where possible. In a separate tab, please build pivot tables (or Power Query summaries if you prefer) that calculate frequencies, means, medians, and percentage breakdowns for the variables above. Quick visualisations—bar charts, histograms, or stacked columns—will help me present the findings, so include those too.
Deliverables:
• Cleaned dataset (original structure preserved)
• Summary tab with descriptive statistics for age, gender, and socio-economic status
• At least three clear charts illustrating the key patterns
• A brief note (can be within the workbook) explaining formulas, assumptions, and any data exclusions
I’ll provide the file as soon as we start; please keep everything in .xlsx format and avoid external add-ins so the hospital team can open it without issues. Let me know if you need a sample of the data beforehand or if anything is unclear.
