Part-Time Virtual Assistant w/ Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I'm looking to hire a part-time assistant (20 hours weekly) to help take a variety of daily administrative tasks off my plate. Above all, I want someone with good energy and great attention to detail!
My ideal candidate is upbeat, solution-oriented, LIVES for organization and gets a thrill out of finding a BETTER and EASIER way of doing things.
Because I'm running a content company, the right person needs to have excellent written communication skills to interact with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Compose/prepare correspondence that may be confidential
Submit invoices to clients
Prepare client orders for assignment out to writers in our project management platform, ClickUp
Send out completed orders to clients
Required Skills:
Highly proficient with MS Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets (basic mathematical formulas)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, professional, resourceful, sharp, and proactive
Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
