Parachute forecast

Looking to upgrade company's parachute forecast tracker. The new tracker should be able to pull information from another sheet that designates a workers status along with having their qualifications on there. Having the ability to also pull from historical records to know what future operations could look like would be great. A summary page would also be something to add as well. There are two files attached. However looking to combine those into one that is more user friendly and has a much cleaner look to it.
