Paper Bank Statements Analysis and Spreadsheet Creation

I need assistance with organizing my paper bank statements. I need to be able to easily search the spreadsheet. I need to be able to quickly highlight the transactions that are suspicious so that another document can be created listing all the suspicious transactions by vendor and category.

Requirements:
- Sorting transactions by vendor and creating a spreadsheet
- Organizing vendors by amount spent
- Including transaction dates and transaction categories in the spreadsheet
