I am in need of a freelancer to assist me with tracking PTO for my company's 50 employees for the upcoming calendar year 2024. The ideal candidate should have experience with Excel spreadsheet and be able to create a system to efficiently track and manage PTO for each employee.
Tracking Requirements:
- The Excel spreadsheet should include the start and end dates of each employee's PTO.
- It should also include the reasons for the PTO and the remaining PTO balance for each employee.
Reporting:
- I require regular reports to be generated based on the PTO tracking data.
- These reports should provide a clear overview of each employee's PTO usage, including the total number of days taken and the remaining balance.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheet and data management.
- Experience in creating efficient and user-friendly PTO tracking systems.
