PROJECT NAME Build a basic knowledgebase for (entry of and locating) bank eligibility/policy criteria - I assume Excel with some XLOOKUP or INDEX+MATCH magic would do the trick?

Job ID: 34003591

Budget: $25 – $50 AUD

***SUMMARY***
I'm hoping someone proficient in the Office/365 suite can help me increase efficiency in my mortgage broking business. This is likely the first of a few projects. My key areas of need are in storing/sorting/finding information, and data analysis/automation.

I've attached some screenshots for this project, which will show you what I'm referring to. Assuming this will be a matter of quickly making a couple of tables in Excel that reference each other via XLOOKUP etc.

The next project will be to help me set up automation via macros or something in excel for data analysis of loan products from CSV file.

I'm happy to do the legwork with the data entry, but need someone to set up or help me set up the structure for me.

------------PROJECT 1------------
***GOALS***
- To be able to quickly record and look up lender policy throughout my working day as a mortgage broker.

- To be able to record specific criteria/requirements for individual lenders in one location/file/table, but then in another location/file/table see that criteria across the range of lenders. If not too tricky - categorised (e.g. CATEGORY: Employment | CRITERIA TITLE: Casually employed | REQUIREMENTS: Minimum time in job (1, 3, 6, 12 months...)
I.E. I need to be able to compare individual criteria/guidelines for multiple banks, but at times need the info available for all criteria with one bank.
