PRODUCTION SCHEDULER USING VBA

We need to design a tool for production scheduling based on the predefined input data. The tool must be able to make a shift wise production plan for multiple workstations as per existing manpower design and also, It should be able to make a schedule assuming the manpower can be moved from one workstation to other and give us the most optimum/most efficient plan.
