POWER QUERY json into a table in excel

we are getting a JSON file back from an endpoint that has multiple records (just 2 in the example) and I'm stuck getting it into a table from the 2 list rows i see in 1st screen of the query.
if i explode the list i get 1-row in a table but can't figure out how to get both.
if you are used to processing JSON through power query this will be simple 30 minute job.
API call has no authentication, I have the HTTP string so you have no need to do any configuring.
