I have a multi-page PDF that contains a carefully ordered table I rely on for record keeping. I need that structure reproduced in Excel so every column and row from the original appears exactly in the same sequence, without omissions or rearrangement. Beyond a straight transcription, I also want the workbook to automate several tasks through complex formulas—think cross-sheet look-ups, running balances, conditional summaries, or any other logic that will save me manual effort once the data is in place.

You will start by replicating every element of the PDF table, preserving all headers, sub-sections, and formatting cues that make the data easy to scan. Once the skeleton is perfect, layer in the formulas we agree on so the sheet not only stores the information but also performs the heavy lifting of calculations and validations for future entries.
Deliverables:
• An .xlsx file whose layout mirrors the PDF word-for-word and line-for-line
• Formula logic documented in-cell or in a brief notes tab so I can trace or adjust it later
• Clean, unlocked sheets (no passwords) ready for immediate data entry and archival use
